About our workshops

Session for online workshops have been resheduled.
Sessions will now be held on Sunday 22 August and Sunday 26 September.

All sessions are online, mosty through Zoom. One presenter may use another package and will advise people in his classes directly. All times are for Melbourne Australia. There is a time zone converter at the bottom of this page.

Sunday 22 August Melbourne time
10 a.m. Amie Brulee (Arranging songs to make them more interesting)
11:30 Kath Bee (Learn a new children’s song and increase your confidence)
1 pm Duplicity (Brendan Canty Sue Kidd) (Spice up your strumming)
2:30 pm Richard Snow (Chords, scales and changing keys)
4 pm Daniel Purnomo (Island strum and beyond)

Sunday 26 September Melbourne time
10 a.m. Kirk Jones (Barre Chords: The easiest barre chord song you’ll ever learn)
11:30 Duplicity (Brendan Canty Sue Kidd) (Introduction to the Blues)
1 pm Bernard de la Couer (songwriting)
2:30 Gaelle Horsley (Working with other musicians: Why some Groups/Bands Fail…. and how to avoid this!)
4 pm Daniel Purnomo (Aloha from Singapore: ukulele concert with singalong and jam at the end)

For details of each session, scroll up and click on the the short banner headings at the top of this page. Tickets will be sent by email from “Trybooking”. The ticket is just a receipt. You don’t need to “do anything” with it. The presenters will have your email address and send you a zoom link the day before the workshop.

Presenters are from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore , and the US.
All times for these events are Eastern Australian (i.e. Melbourne) time.
Prices are in Australian dollars and based on AU $15 / hour session. This is about $12 US, about $16 NZ, There are a couple of 90 minute sessions at a higher rate.

All sessions have a 15 minute break between them
