When do registrations close? 2 pm Melbourne time on the day before the session.

What time zone is all this in? Melbourne Australia. There is a time zone converter at the bottom of the home page on this website.

How do I log on to my session? The presenter will email you a zoom link the night before the session, after registrations close in the afternoon the day before the session, and we know who is attending. As organizer, I have to down load the bookings from TryBooking, send the details to the presenters, and they then need to email you. There are a few steps involved, so be patient.

What should I do? Check your junk mail or spam folder a couple of hours before your session.

What do I need to bring with me? Probably a uke, a notepad and a pen. Presenters might email you their slides, or the key parts, after the session. You will already have downloaded zoom well before the session, and checked you know how to open it. Zoom a friend for practice.

Is this just for uke players? Not always. Some sessions apply to music more generally, e.g. arranging songs, or basic scales, chords and how to change keys.

Can I change sessions? Yes to another one of the same price. Email biguketraining (at) gmail.com, and I’ll change the booking.

What else do I need to know? The presenter will email you the zoom link at least two hours before the session.

If you live in the US remember US time is the day before Australian time, but later in the day. E.g., sessions on Sunday morning in Australia will be late afternoon Saturday in the US. Check your spam folder a couple of hours before your session.
